I have write about the wonderful service I received at Kia Transitowne Service Department. I was greeted by Frank and he talked with me and took care of me from beginning to end of appointment. I had a time crunch and had he made sure that my car was ready to go in plenty of time. I highly recommend Kia Transitowne.

The dealership was super amazing and very friendly. I even arrived at my appointment early and they took my car early. I was in and out and they took awesome care of my car. The other staff was super nice especially with my 5yr old daughter. There were charging stations everywhere, TV was on, seats were comfy and even provided vending machine tokens for snacks. I love my KIAs and this dealership location was AMAZING will def chose to go back there for all service appointments. Prices were perfect too

Transitowne Kia was honestly so simple and not gimmicky at all. They were nice, efficient, and it was a smooth process. (In contrast, Northtown was a hassle, always a haggling battle, always feeling like you paid too much.) This was a much different experience and I appreciated their authenticity at Transitowne! Jeff and Mark were a pleasure to work with.

I had been considering a Kia Sportage for a couple of months and decided to pull the trigger when I saw a great deal at Transitowne Kia. Boy was it the right decision! Mark, Anne, and the whole Transitowne team were super efficient, friendly, and up front throughout the whole process. I was under a time crunch due to my schedule and they did everything and more to ensure a quick, smooth sales process. 10/10 experience here. Right away he took care of checking in my vehicle and getting it back to service promptly. I only waited 45 mins for my vehicle to be finished for my 8000 mile check up. I had a wonderful experience with Ted and the entire service department team. They took the time to thoroughly research and source a part for my older Chrysler, which I truly appreciated. Everyone was honest, professional, and transparent throughout the process. I felt they genuinely had my best interests in mind and guided me in the right direction with my vehicle. Easy, I had tbe truck i wanted already chosen, my sales guy was awesome taking me through the steps to purchase.
Despite a created online account and 3 appointment confirmation emails I was told at service I wasn’t on file they were able to accomplish the recall I set the appointment for in a timely manner

Took my wife's 21 Sportage in for an oil change, with appointment, and service was great. Time was very reasonable and they check out the whole vehicle with a multi-point inspection. They give you a few tokens to get something out of their vending machine in the waiting area. There's also a Keuring coffee maker there available with K cups... All in all, a great place to not only buy your vehicle but to bring for service as well.
They make the process so easy and convenient. The salesman Jon was great to work with, they didn’t have what I was looking for on the lot so they brought it over from the other location, it was ready for my to pick up the very next day and I was in and out of there within an hour. The service department is also fantastic to work with every time I had my other two previous vehicles from them in for regular maintenance.
The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the transaction. The team was professional, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you to everyone involved for making my experience easy and enjoyable!

We began our week shopping at another local Kia dealer looking for a newer kia soul to replace my wife aging trailblazer . I can’t say enough good things about Syndey, Mark Z, and the Transittown Kia! They listened to what I needed/asked for, didn’t try to sell me more than I asked for, and I love my new Sorrento. My buying experience was great and my salesman went above and beyond. I also had an issue with the vehicle after the purchase and they are fixing it at no cost to me . This is my second purchase from transitowne and if this level of service continues I wont purchase my vehicles anywhere else.

Had a great experience and super easy time buying a car here. I had limited ability to travel since my old car was dying, and I was able to easily prequalify online and call for a quote/discuss pricing and financing. The next day I was able to get the purchase completed and was driving off the lot after spending 2 hours doing a quick test drive and paperwork. Kyle and Jeff were great!
