Customer service is good. Having problem with auto shut off not working they said it was no problem but it still doesn't work at all said if I have air heat or radio on it may not work to much on battery had nothing on still don't work but they found no problem with it I guess that's a feature that doesn't work that I wanted.

I had scheduled an appt for a issue with my leased vehicle. Scott, in the service department explained to me what they would be doing while they had the vehicle. I was called a few hours later and given the repair options I had. The part was 9rdered and I was called later that day with an update as to when I could expect to bring vehicle back in for repair.

the whole car buying process was easy and smooth. I had one day off of work to find a vehicle and the sales and finance dept had me driving out in a new vehicle quickly. My wife highly recommends the kia carnival and my kids say im the best dad ever!!

Outstanding customer service, the cost of one single license plate light is $64.00 and I installed it myself that's ridiculous. That is the only thing that kept you from a extra star.
The process working remotely was easy. By the time I arrived at the dealership my car and paperwork were ready and that process was really quick and easy as well! The dealership is gorgeous and the staff are great!

Great service! Frank was wonderful, as was the technician (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name). The technician even came out and gave me a quick explanation in a way that I could easily understand and appreciate. I had a family member pick up the car for me, and they were also extremely impressed with the entire experience—even though they weren’t the actual customer! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process a great experience.

My 2023 Kia Telluride had an electrical issue that was difficult to diagnose. Mark was my service technician and wouldn't give up until he could fix the problem. He kept me informed of what was being done via text messages. Fortunately, the repair was covered under my extended warranty except for a $50 deductible. I highly recommend Transitowne Kia.

ATTENTION!!!!! DO NOT bring your vehicle to the dealership for any service !!! Absolutely horrible experience! Top to bottom a disaster. Had an appointment set for 10:30 on a Thursday morning and dropped the truck of the day before for an electrical issue and was all checked in , I was told they would run a diagnostic test. I Texted Thursday afternoon at 3:30 for an up date NO response!!! Friday morning at 9:30 I got a text from the dealership “ sorry you missed your appointment” !?!????? The dealership was super amazing and very friendly. I even arrived at my appointment early and they took my car early. I was in and out and they took awesome care of my car. The other staff was super nice especially with my 5yr old daughter. There were charging stations everywhere, TV was on, seats were comfy and even provided vending machine tokens for snacks. I love my KIAs and this dealership location was AMAZING will def chose to go back there for all service appointments. Prices were perfect too

Transitowne Kia was honestly so simple and not gimmicky at all. They were nice, efficient, and it was a smooth process. (In contrast, Northtown was a hassle, always a haggling battle, always feeling like you paid too much.) This was a much different experience and I appreciated their authenticity at Transitowne!
